Norming Asset Management is a powerful and complete asset management solution with Sage 300 ERP (formerly Sage Accpac). The core module, Asset Accounting, can be used to process all the asset accounting transactions, including acquisition, depreciation, adjustment, disposal, merge and split. Norming Payroll Manager provides a powerful and complete payroll management solution. You can use it to set up and maintain your employees and earnings, deductions, taxes, and other pay factors used in calculating their payroll. You can process payroll based on timecards or based on information you add when you set up employees. You can track the results of payroll processing on displays and printed reports.

You can use Norming Payroll Manager by itself or as part of an integrated system with Sage 300 ERP General Ledger. You can also transfer Payroll account data to and from spreadsheet and database applications.

Norming Resource Manager provides a powerful, flexible and complete tool for managing and tracking employee’s expense, time usage and leave with Sage 300 ERP.

Norming Resource Manager comes with the Front-End and Back-End applications. The Front-End application is a web-based Employee Self Service portal, where employees can enter expense reports, cash advance requests, timesheets and leave requests via a web-browser, and managers can review these documents from employees and make approval or rejection via a web-browser.

Fully based on Sage 300 ERP, the Back-End application maintains the basic files, system options and approval workflows to run Norming Resource Manager. After employees’ timesheets or expense reports are approved, the Back-End users can post these documents directly to Sage 300 ERP modules.

I/C STOCK AGING REPORT™

Use I/C Stock Aging Report to view and print aging of the stock from Sage 300 ERP (Accpac) Inventory Control Module. Stock is aged across locations defined in I/C, based on receipts information. First In First Out (FIFO) operations method is assumed regardless of costing method used in IC. "Age as of" date must be defined for aging the stock. The "Current Stock" column in the report shows the stock position as of this date. The Report allows filtering by up to eleven fields.

INTERCOMPANY UTILITIES™

SYSTRONICS Intercompany Utilities is a multifunction application, with each component designed to accomplish a specific task between two or more Sage 300 ERP (Accpac) companies.

PJC SECURITY™

PJC Security (J/X) helps to restrict user access only to authorized Contracts. Users will be able to enter transactions and view Contracts which they are authorized to work with. The authorization is based on the first Contract Segment defined in PJC Options: if the first segment is defined in the PJC Setup as department, branch or division, users can inquire and use only Contracts of their own departments, branches or divisions.

REVENUE & EXPENSE DEFERRALS™

Revenue and Expense Deferrals for Sage 300 ERP (Accpac) helps companies with the amortization of maintenance and service related contract revenue and expense amounts over the life of the contract. Companies get the advantage of compliance with the Public Company Accounting and Investor Protection Act of 2002 (also known as the Sarbanes-Oxley Act of 2002). Although not specifically covered under the Act, non-public entities are also finding that bankers, investors, and acquisition candidates are now conditioned to expect increased transparency and real-time disclosure, effectively placing a greater accounting and reporting burden on companies who are not legally obligated to comply with the Act. Revenue and Expense Deferrals helps companies with meeting these additional demands.

Subscription Products

Products under this category have Suggested Retail Prices (SRP) that are subscription fees paid annually, are upgraded and supported while subscriptions are valid and do not require Software Assurance (Cover). In order to continue using these products, subscriptions must be renewed before expiry, failing which the products stop working. Implementation and post-sale services offered by SYSTRONICS are chargeable, if required.

TOOLPAC™ - SUBLEDGER RECONCILIATION TOOLSETS

ToolPac for Sage 300 ERP (Accpac) efficiently identifies mismatches between Sage 300 ERP (Accpac) modules, for example, mismatches between A/R balances and corresponding G/L accounts, or the actual balance in O/E Shipment Clearing account and the amount posted to that account according to audit logs in O/E. You can think of ToolPac as an intermodule integrity check. The current version supports G/L, A/R, A/P, I/C, O/E and P/O modules of Sage 300 ERP (Accpac), and lets you narrow down on the problems in just two or three easy steps.
